Saturday, March 28th
Vasia Vougioukli returns to the stage on Saturday, March 28, 2026, this time choosing the unique space of Theatre of the NO for a live performance that captures her current sound: a dynamic blend of tradition, contemporary arrangements, and her distinctive interpretative style. Joining Vasia Vougioukli on vocals will be Panagiotis Papasinos.
With the oud in her hands and an outstanding team of musicians by her side, Vasia effortlessly moves between different musical landscapes. Smyrnaic influences, songs that have marked her journey, and selections from her personal album Kaimaki come together in a program emphasizing rhythm, energy, and live interaction with the audience.
Beloved tracks from «Ti se mellei esenane» and «Mes ta dio tis matia» to «Desert Rain» and «Den pistevo s’agapes kai erotes»are filtered through her unique sound and acquire a fresh form. Each piece finds its own space within the evening, between East and West, creating an atmosphere that moves and surprises!
