After a decade-long hiatus, Superbacana are back on stage for a one-night-only live performance at Theatre of the NO. Led by Jef Maarawi the band promises an electrifying evening of Samba-Rock, Soul, Funk, and Samba Reggae, immersing the audience in a vibrant tropical soundscape far beyond the gentle tones of Bossa Nova. Join them on Thursday, March 5th at 21:00 for a night of irresistible rhythm and energy.

Superbacana first captured hearts in 2015 with the Tim Maia Extravaganza, a tribute to the legendary Brazilian soul icon. From the very first note, the band brought Brazilian soul to life with groove, rhythm, raw energy, and infectious passion.

Now, their return is a celebration of pure live energy, danceable beats, and tropical vibes. Audiences are encouraged to bring their dancing shoes, a change of clothes, and get ready to move, as Superbacana deliver an unforgettable night of samba and soul.
